The Hosting Teams will provide:
Meals for Son Up
Meat & bread for Pot Luck.
Each Captain will select team members; minimum of 5-- Team will select its name (if wanted).
Each Team will serve:
Son Up approximately once every 5 weeks:
Pot Luck once every 5 months.
Captain and Team will set the menu.
Teams will set up and break down for each meal.
You can use the kitchen dishwasher to speed up clean up. Don't have to.
Funding:
Each S S class and UMW circle will be asked to contribute a minimum of $10 each to establish a meal fund.
Each team presents expenses to office for reimbursement from this fund.
Place the donation buckets on the tables at each meal with all collections going back to refurbish the fund.
All collected contributions left after expenses will be deposited in the meals fund.
All schedules will begin 1 October 2008.
